Once you place an order, we procure the book from one of our trusted publishers and have it shipped to our main warehouse in the Netherlands. For titles ordered in the USA, shipments are consolidated at our New Jersey warehouse and sent via air freight. A similar process is maintained for orders from the United Kingdom.

Our central facility in the Netherlands handles receipt, quality control, invoicing, and distribution to customers across Europe and beyond. For final delivery, we partner with DHL for reliable last-mile services. Larger shipments are handled by trusted European carriers. You can track your order with ease using our Track and Trace system. We also offer customized packing and marking of boxes to suit your specific requirements. Additionally, we can temporarily store and hold your books ensuring flexible distribution according to your needs.
