How Transmedia handles your personal data
Personal data that is processed
Transmedia may process personal data about you because you make use of the services of Transmedia and/or because you have provided this information yourself when filling in a contact form on the relevant Transmedia website. We also receive this data through correspondence via email, telephone or post. This concerns:

- Your first and last name
- Your address details
- Your telephone number and email address
Why does Transmedia need this data?
We process your personal data in order to contact you in the context of our services. This specifically means addressing packages with ordered goods and sending invoices and order confirmations by email or post. Your personal data is also used to contact you if there are any questions or comments regarding your orders.
How long is this data retained?
Transmedia does not retain your personal data for longer than is strictly necessary to guarantee our services.

Transmedia uses Google Analytics on its website to track how users use the website www.transmedia.nl. Data is not shared and is deleted after a limited period of time.
Viewing, adjusting or deleting data
You have the right to view, correct or delete your personal data. Deletion is naturally only possible once you no longer wish to make use of our services.
You can send a request for access, correction or deletion to info@transmedia.nl. Transmedia will respond to your request as soon as possible, and within four weeks.
Security
Transmedia takes the protection of your data seriously and takes appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorised access and unauthorised modification. Where necessary, the Transmedia website makes use of a reliable SSL certificate.
The registration of personal data takes place within an internally secured server-client network. Our secured server is located at our premises and has no connection to the internet. Back-ups are made in encrypted form on secured media. Workstations are protected with passwords. Email is handled on a separate email computer secured with anti-virus software.
